The house is under construction by Signature Homes in the Jackson Hills neighborhood in Mt. Juliet. The home will be open to the public Saturdays and Sundays May 18 through June 16. The focal point of the campaign is the home being built and donations coordinated by Signature Homes. Valued at approximately $500,000, the 3,000 sq. Ft. home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open first floor featuring a centralized living and dining room with vaulted ceiling and sophisticated chef kitchen.

St. Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists in Nashville and worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children. Due to the ever-changing COVID-19 landscape and the safety of our participants and patient families, location and schedule changes are subject to occur for in-person events at any time. No matter what occurs, you can always join us virtually as we rally together in neighborhoods nationwide for a fun 5K that includes an interactive St. Jude campus experience. Collect donations online and spread the word about your fundraising while earning cool St. Jude gear. The 2019 home was built by Southern Serenity Homes.

Other features include a 3-mile walking trail and a dog park, as well as community fire pits and a picnic pavilion. Homes in the community range from $275,000 to $515,900. People looking to help St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital donated $1,400,500 by reserving 14,500 raffle tickets for the 2019 St. Jude Dream Home. The money raised during this fundraiser will help make sure no patient’s family has to pay for treatment at St. Jude. Prizes included in the drawing are a VIP Grizzlies experience, a Peabody weekend getaway, Memphis Tiger Basketball season tickets, a car, and the grand prize of the dream home. Tickets are on sale for the 2019 Nashville St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® campaign.
Tickets can be reserved for $100 each. The Grand Prize is the home itself and ticket buyers will also have a chance to win a number of additional prizes, including a new vehicle.
